TIM SHERSTON | Senior Planner
Tim has more than 11 years’ town planning experience working both in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. He is also a fully Chartered Town Planner being a full member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (UK).
Tim has more than 6 years planning experience in New Zealand working for Sentinel Planning on numerous subdivisions, housing developments and commercial schemes for private clients and on behalf of Auckland Council. In the UK, Tim has more than 4 years’ experience working for local authorities in and around London and also spent time working for a large international architectural and town planning consulting company. During this time, Tim had a diverse workload which included projects for residential apartments of over 200 units, housing, industrial uses and commercial schemes. He was also involved in the writing of local planning policy documents for London boroughs.
Outside of work Tim makes the most of the outdoor lifestyle in New Zealand and enjoys tennis, golf and hiking.
