Sentinel Planning are specialists in developments and subdivisions. With the majority of our team having acted as consultants for councils and also undertaken their own private developments, we have a unique understanding of all the facets of the development process.

Simon O’Connor, Director of Sentinel Planning, has personally developed a number of his own sites including subdivisions associated with new dwellings, minor units and terraced schemes.

Sentinel Planning are a preferred contractor to Auckland Council and from time to time act as the Council agent for new developments including subdivisions.
